Hey! I'm a Java SE Programmer/LMS Administrator who reengineered multiple systems that fueled improvements to productivity, efficiency, uptime and accuracy for global business operations. And as a LMS Administrator built web based training and learning materials in the SuccessFactors LMS. Managed curriculums and learning assessments, created knowledge checks and surveys, and arranged user-learning plans. Completed weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports pertaining to the user and learning item data. Produced, documented and improved team processes, standards, and best practices.
